Terms of service

These terms describe how organizations may use Teapot Router, an independent gateway for GPT and Claude Code services.
1. The service
Teapot Router provides an account, gateway access, usage records, and balance or contract billing. Model capability is supplied by the configured upstream providers. Teapot Router does not represent itself as OpenAI, Anthropic, or another model provider.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials and API keys private, and make sure each request is authorized by your organization. You are responsible for activity made with your account or keys.
3. Billing and balance
Prepaid balance, usage charges, discounts, taxes, refunds, and contract terms are shown in the applicable order or billing record. A displayed public price is an informational reference; the account ledger and confirmed order control the charge.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Teapot Router to break the law, infringe rights, bypass provider safeguards, attack systems, send abusive traffic, or evade account and rate limits. We may suspend access when necessary to protect the service or other customers.
5. Availability and changes
Model providers, channels, prices, and limits can change. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes where practical. No uptime or model availability guarantee is created by a public product description.

Questions about enterprise access or billing can be sent through the contact form. A service order or written enterprise agreement controls where it conflicts with these general terms.
