Prepaid credit at Teapot Router is refundable. This page explains how to request a refund, how the amount is calculated, and who pays the fees.
How to request a refund
Submit a ticket from your workspace, or email support@teapotrouter.com with the account address and the top-up order you want refunded. We verify the account and reply through the same channel.
How the refundable amount is calculated
Refunds follow your remaining balance. Gifted or promotional credit is not refundable. Example: top up 100, receive 5 as a gift, use 10 — the remaining balance is 95 and the refundable amount is 90.
Who pays the fees
Refund handling fees charged by payment channels are borne by the platform. Nothing is deducted from your refund.
How and when the money arrives
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment channel. Arrival time depends on that channel; we send the refund as soon as verification completes.
Fair-use conditions
We may decline refund requests that show abusive patterns, such as repeated top-up and refund cycles apparently intended to arbitrage promotions or launder promotional credit.
